The hectic weekend ended with the taping of Volume 40. The opening match saw Kellie Skater defeat Taylor Made, that was followed by a win for Rachel Summerlyn over Bonesaw. Mercedes Martinez got her second win of the day beating Christina Von Eerie and MsChif kept herself in title contention with a win over Melanie Cruise. Jessie McKay bounced back from her defeat to Nicole Matthews by beating Athena. Also getting back on the winning trail were The Knight Dynasty who defeated Regeneration X after interference by Rebecca Knox. However Bates and Danger attacked Saraya, Britani and Rebecca after the match Sara Del Rey defeated Jessica James and that was followed by the Four Corner Survival match between Cheerleader Melissa, Serena Deeb, Portia Perez and LuFisto. That turned into a fight between Deeb and Perez as Melissa and LuFisto ended up brawling backstage. Serena got the win handing Portia her fourth straight defeat of the weekend even though she had a foot on the ropes. The other half of the Canadian Ninjas, Nicole Matthews didn’t fare much better losing to Ayumi Kurihara. That left us with two title matches to finish the weekend and the tag belts changed hands for the second time as Daizee Haze and Tomoka Nakagawa defeated 3S to win the titles. No such luck for Hamada as two Hellbounds gave Madison Eagles the win retaining her SHIMMER title in the process and making it three wins out of three for Australians on Volume 40.
