The SPARKLE pre-show saw Bonesaw Jessie Brooks pin Jett Riley while ‘Fighting Females’ columnist Brittany Force got the win over Irish debutant Rhia O’Reilly who’s interviewed in the next Fighting Females online mag.  Force got the win with her feet on the ropes!

The truly international Volume 37 began with MsChif defeating Australia’s Kellie Skater who’d issued an open challenge, not quite expecting the former SHIMMER Champion to answer it.   Mena Libra beat Courtney Rush

Backstage newcomer Christina Von Eerie spoke about how pleased she was to be able to learn from Sara Del Rey and Cheerleader Melissa.  Her lessons began earlier than expected when she was attacked by Del Rey.

LuFisto beat Tomoka Nakagawa followed by a backstage promo as Mercedes Martinez vowed to become the next SHIMMER Champion. The first tag match of the night saw Regeneration X (Allison Danger and Leva Bates) get the win over Jamilia Craft and Mia Yim to put themselves firmly in contention for the tag belts.

Backstage Cheerleader Melissa called for a shot at the title  but was promptly told by Madison Eagles that she’d have to work her way back into the title picture.  No title shot this volume for Melissa as it was announced it’d be Mercedes Martinez getting the next shot at Eagles.

The feud between Christina Von Eerie and Sara Del Rey escalated as the pair battled in the ring after Von Eerie called her attacker out.  Von Eeerie got a countout win leading to another brawl between the pair.

Cheerleader Melissa began her attempt to get another title shot with a win over Athena.   Rebecca Knox made her return to manage the debuting Knight Dynasty of Sweet Saraya and her daughter Britani Knight.  They got their SHIMMER careers off to a great start making an open challenge and defeating Pretty Bitchin’ (Nikki Roxx and Ariel) by DQ after Ariel hit Saraya with brass knuckles.

Serena Deeb beat Daizee Haze, another International clash saw Ayako Hamada get the win over Jessie McKay.

The tag title match was up next and new champions were crowned as Misaki Hiroyo Ohata and Matsumoto beat The Canadian Ninjas to win the belts.  

No new SHIMMER Champion though as Madison Eagles beat Mercedes Martinez to retain her title.
